This position supports a small, down-to-earth team in a varied business/operational support role. You will need to be organised, comfortable on the phone, and happy to roll up your sleeves. What you'll do Prepare paperwork for trucks General admin, including scanning and emailing Handle reception - incoming calls and visitors Manage courier bookings, mail, and deliveries Keep shared areas tidy, including the kitchen Set up meeting rooms for training and events Assist both office and warehouse teams as needed What you bring Strong verbal and written communication Friendly, confident, and easy to work with Able to build rapport quickly Keen to learn and help wherever required Similar experience in a stand-alone business support role and/or strong customer service background Requirements Able to work part-time across 5 days Driver's licence and own vehicle You'll be part of a tight-knit team of three, reporting directly to the General Manager.
