Your role and responsibilities We are seeking a skilled SAP Fieldglass Consultant to work on implementation projects, provide advisory services, and deliver strategic solutions for contingent workforce management and services procurement. This role involves working with clients to design, configure, and optimize SAP Fieldglass solutions while ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. As an SAP Fieldglass Consultant, you will work with clients to translate their requirements into fit-for-purpose solutions, perform configuration, testing, deployment and solution support activities. Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementation project, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration and deployment across client environments. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and successful delivery of project Client Advisory & Strategy: Provide consultation to clients on contingent workforce management and services procurement best practices, process optimization, implementation process and strategic use of SAP Fieldglass to achieve business objectives System Configuration & Customization: Configure complex workflows, approval processes, rate card structures, templates, rules, clause library, events, supplier onboarding, and integration requirements based on client-specific business needs and industry requirements Change Management & Training: Develop and maintain project and process documentation, user guides and supporting the customer throughout the project and/or BAU operations, deliver training sessions and workshops to ensure successful user and supplier adoption and system utilization Integration & Technical Leadership: Design and oversee integrations between SAP Fieldglass and client ERP systems, HRIS platforms, and third-party applications while providing technical guidance to development teams Required technical and professional expertise Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Master's degree or MBA preferred Experience: 5-8 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass consulting with multiple full-cycle implementations 3 years of experience in contingent workforce management, procurement, profile worker or vendor management systems Proven track record of leading enterprise-level SAP Fieldglass projects across various industries Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of SAP Fieldglass platform, including advanced configuration and customization capabilities Strong understanding of integration technologies, SAP Fieldglass connectors & webservices, and data migration processes Proficiency in business process modelling and workflow design Experience with reporting tools and analytics platforms Knowledge of procurement-to-pay processes and financial management systems Consulting Skills: Excellent problem solving and client-facing and presentation skills with ability to deliver solution workshops Project management experience with methodologies such as Agile or SAP Activate Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, and business development Knowledge of Australian labour regulations related to contractor payments and overtime rate compliance Certifications (Required/Preferred): SAP Fieldglass certification (required) SAP Activate or SAP implementation methodology certification preferred Travel Requirements: * Willingness to travel up to 50-75% based on client engagement needs IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
