The Role We are looking for an experienced, driven and collaborative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing People & Culture team. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across our national network. You will work closely with hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment advice, communicate effectively throughout the hiring journey, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and ensure compliance with internal processes and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience collaborating with hiring managers and utilising recruiting systems effectively. Manage end-to-end recruitment for complex, high-volume, and specialist roles across the ForHealth Group. Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, translating workforce needs into effective, data-informed talent acquisition strategies. Build and nurture strong partnerships with external recruitment providers, ensuring alignment on performance, compliance, and values. Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reporting to support workforce planning and continuous improvement. Champion a seamless, brand-aligned candidate experience , ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication throughout the hiring journey. Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment tools, market trends, and best practices. Source and engage top talent using advanced search tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search) and proactive pipelining strategies. Maintain a robust talent pipeline , engaging candidates in conversations about long-term development and career growth. Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation , while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance talent acquisition capabilities. About You 5 years’ experience in senior-level recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within complex, multi-site or healthcare environments. Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence. Deep expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate engagement across digital platforms. Strong business partnering mindset with a track record of delivering tailored, strategic hiring solutions. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. Analytical and data-savvy, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights. Passionate about inclusive hiring, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.
