What You'll Get 8 weeks paid participation - Earn while you gain experience and training Hands-on work experience on a major infrastructure project in Rockhampton Nationally recognised units from: Foundation Skills Business Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Construction Industry tickets & certifications , including: White Card Working at Heights Confined Space Entry First Aid Manual Handling Soft skills training , guest speaker sessions & personal training (PT) to build confidence and resilience Uniforms and PPE provided Dedicated female mentor throughout the program Program Highlights Work Experience Rotations : Two structured placements with on-site Fulton Hogan "buddies" to guide and support you Training Delivered Locally : Gain site-ready skills in a supportive environment Pathways to Employment : Graduates may be offered roles through direct hire, apprenticeships, or managed services pathways Who Should Apply?
