About the Role We are looking for an experienced CDP who has extensive experience in pan and grill section. This is a full time position. You will be involved in all aspects of a large, functional kitchen. We are looking for chefs with a critical eye for detail. Skills and Experiences • Team player • Must be experienced in Pan and Grill section. • Punctuality • A passion to produce great quality food • Menu Creation • Must have experience in fast paced restaurant, café or catering environment. • Ability to multi-task • Understand Food Safety Act • Must completed Cert 3, 4 and Diploma of cookery. • Must completed personal food hygiene unit and food safety unit.
