About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 3 Senior Physiotherapist to join our large, vibrant, and supportive team. This senior position plays a key leadership role within the Allied Health team and involves the provision of advanced clinical services, primarily within our Sub-acute Ambulatory Care Services, specifically within our non-admitted service. You will contribute to clinical excellence, foster team development, and support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Position overview Employment Type: Part time (32 hours per fortnight), Fixed term Parental Leave cover Commencing January 2026 until October 2026 Location: Warrnambool Campus Classification: Physiotherapist Grade 3 Salary Range: $104,135.20 - $118,981.20 pro rata, plus superannuation What you bring Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support management and work independently. Minimum seven years' experience, ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification. Advanced clinical knowledge and ability to apply evidence-based assessment and treatment. Understanding of the role within Allied Health and the broader SWH context. Experience in supervision, mentoring, and education of staff and students. Commitment to continuous improvement, client-centred care, and best practice. Current Driver's Licence and General Registration with AHPRA.
