Introduction Who we are looking for We have an ongoing full time position for a Business Analyst/Project Manager, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $102,449 to $114,283 p.a. plus superannuation. We're looking for a skilled and motivated professional to help drive the delivery of our Asset Digital Platform (ADP) - a suite of applications and services that enable effective asset management across the organisation. In this role, you'll combine business analysis and project management expertise to shape and deliver digital initiatives that improve the way we manage and understand our assets. You'll analyse business processes, define requirements, recommend solutions, and lead small to medium projects from planning through to implementation and review. Description What you'll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you'll: Analyse and improve business processes to enhance asset management and digital capabilities. Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and define practical solutions. Lead and deliver digital projects from planning through to implementation and review. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project scope, timelines, and risks. Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption of new systems. Monitor outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital and project delivery practices. Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with A tertiary qualification (or working towards) in a relevant discipline and demonstrated experience in business analysis or project management roles. A qualification in BA or PM would be desirable. Proven experience in business analysis and project management, delivering small to medium digital or IT projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and teams to achieve objectives efficiently. Knowledge of asset management systems (e.g., Maximo, GIS/Esri) and familiarity with agile or design thinking approaches. For further details, see the position description available here .
