Duties in this role will include: Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of commercial risks Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets including retention and growth targets Planning and developing client retention strategies Requirements As the successful candidate you will have: 5 years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success commercial insurance Willingness to undertaking a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio Networking and relationship building skills Proven experience in developing new business ideal Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to interact with and manage the requirements of a diverse range of clients Ability to work in a team environment Competent in IT and office procedures Benefits Excellent salary package with generous commissions and bonuses.
