Location – Onsite at Nowra NSW Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day campus operations, including facilities, events, access, bookings, and WHS compliance; Coordinate campus-based staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching, academic, and student services; Support student engagement initiatives, on-campus events, and community-facing activities to enhance the student and local community experience; Act as the primary contact for staff, students, and external stakeholders, managing issues, escalations, and critical incidents; and Contribute to strategic planning, service improvements, and campus infrastructure initiatives across the regional network. Selection Criteria Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in education, community engagement, or leadership roles; Demonstrated leadership and management experience, including supervising staff and coordinating services in a hub-and-spoke model; Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience liaising across academic, administrative, and community groups; Ability to manage competing priorities, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment; Knowledge of WHS, risk management, and compliance in higher education; and Experience leading multicultural teams and delivering inclusive services to diverse communities.
