About the Role: As an experienced Deputy Principal, your role will be leading transitions into school, early years literacy and the whole school Positive Behaviour for Learning approach. Student are very familiar with our expecatations - Respect, Ownership, Cooperation, Kindness, Safety. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Collaborative Educational Leadership: Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and enact a shared vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise for the Principal as required. Ethical and Values-Based Practice: Demonstrate integrity, fairness, and moral purpose in all aspects of leadership, upholding the deputy principalship as an ethical and values-driven role.
