Requirements The Role and Responsibilities Due to a successful 2025 EnerMech is increasing our current core crew. We are currently hiring experienced Technicians with a background in operating liquid nitrogen equipment. This role is perfect for someone who wants the assurance of a full time role and also the opportunity to increase their earning potential by working on onshore and offshore projects. Based in our Henderson facility, when offsite you will work Monday to Friday supporting pre and post works for our turnarounds. During the turnarounds you will go to site and work as a core crew member. As this is a full time role - only candidates based in Perth will be considered. Set up, operate, and monitor equipment for liquid nitrogen supply to support project operations. Safely handle cryogenic fluids, including liquid nitrogen (LN2), and operate LN2 vaporizers and pumps. Experience operating equipment for nitrogen / membrane units, gas separation technologies, and high‑volume nitrogen services. Conduct routine checks, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Assisting mechanical trades and other departments when required Ensuring all relevant training is kept up to date The Requirements 3–5 years operating high-volume nitrogen membrane units. Familiarity with compressors, dryers and nitrogen membranes. Previous LNG facility or shutdown campaign experience (essential). Understanding of P&IDs, flow diagrams, and control systems.
