About CADDS Fabrication CADDS Fabrication is an entity specialising in the mechanical and structural fabrication of structures and products. We are associated with a larger multi-disciplinary design and consultancy organisation offering services to the mining and construction industries. We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Trade Assistant to support our growing workshop team in Bibra Lake. This casual position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment with a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork. About the role Assisting in the fabrication of steel components for mining and industrial projects Operating bandsaws and workshop equipment to process steel materials Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Handling goods in/out and helping maintain stock levels Completing basic QA/QC checklists as part of our quality control process Performing basic maintenance on tools and workshop equipment Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards Packaging and preparing items for delivery to site About You Experience using basic hand tools and workshop equipment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as part of a team Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude What We Offer At CADDS Fabrication, we offer many benefits, some of which include Permanent Full-Time position.
