You’ll working closely with our internal product specialists, technical team and insurance partners (as appropriate) to bring new products to life on the BizCover platform, while also managing BAU and compliance updates and keeping delivery running smoothly across the team. This is a great fit for someone with around 5–7 years’ experience managing digital or insurance product delivery. You’ll be confident working across multiple stakeholders — both internal and external — and able to effectively plan and manage your stream of work to keep projects on track without needing a large team behind you. You’ll enjoy being on the tools and in the middle of everything that’s happening, able to switch comfortably between strategy and execution, and thrive on keeping complex pieces moving smoothly from idea to delivery. Fixed-term | January–June 2025 | Hybrid (2 days per week in office) What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery across technology focused product initiatives, from scoping to release. Coordinate work internal product specialists, and technical teams. Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to keep delivery predictable and aligned to business goals. Collaborate with developers, BA, QAs and the wider business to prioritise and deliver quality outcomes. Communicate progress clearly and proactively to stakeholders across the business. Support continuous improvement in how the team plans, tracks, and executes work. Requirements What We’re Looking For Around 5–7 years’ experience in a delivery, digital project, or insurance product management role. Based in Sydney and able to be in the office (Sydney CBD) on Tuesdays and Fridays Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills - you keep things moving and people informed. Solid understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), with experience running or supporting ceremonies. A natural problem solver who thrives on clarity, collaboration, and getting things done. Confident working independently, but comfortable collaborating across business and tech. Experience in start-ups or the insurance industry is highly regarded but not essential.
