About the role Based out of our Moorooka, Brisbane hub , as a customer facing Sales Consultant at Splend, you will be the face of our vehicle subscription services in our retail hubs. You play a critical role in driving customer growth. You’ll combine deep product knowledge, customer-centric communication, and consultative selling to match customers with the right Splend solution, helping them succeed as rideshare drivers while contributing to our mission of making vehicle ownership more accessible and flexible. This role is ideal for a motivated and engaging individual who thrives in a retail environment and is passionate about helping people succeed. Responsibilities Maintain a thorough understanding of all Splend’s vehicle subscription packages and related products. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable subscription solution. Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to final sign-up. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and retention goals. Ensure vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up to date and engaging. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to refine sales strategies and product offerings. Actively contribute to a positive team culture focused on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. What you'll bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role, ideally within a subscription-based, finance or high growth sales environment. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in sales performance, customer conversion, or account growth. Strong understanding of consultative/ solution selling, customer service excellence, and the importance of relationship-building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively. High attention to detail and strong time management, with the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities. Experience or passion for the automotive or mobility industry (desirable).
