About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Registration Administrator to join our high-performing Villawood team. In this part-time role (2 weekdays per week), you’ll help ensure every vehicle is registered, compliant, and ready for customers to hit the road with confidence. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing registration paperwork, liaising with service providers, and keeping our admin process running smoothly. Requirements Responsibilities Process and manage vehicle registrations, transfers, and related documentation. Liaise with internal teams and external authorities to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records of registration details and customer information. Prepare, review, and submit registration packs and supporting documents. Support delivery and operations teams to meet customer delivery timelines. Handle registration queries from customers and internal departments promptly and professionally. ✅ What We’re Looking For Previous experience in automotive registration, administration, or compliance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling. Excellent communication and time management skills. Comfortable working with digital systems and online portals (Service NSW experience a plus). Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work autonomously 2 days per week on-site at Villawood.
