This is a Global Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager - China Region role with Uber based in Sydney, NSW, AU Uber Role Seniority - mid level More about the Global Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager - China Region role at Uber About the Role We’re seeking a seasoned marketing manager with deep executional experience across China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the US. This role is critical to supporting demand, ensuring flawless delivery of complex multi-market IMCs. The right candidate is a hands-on campaign executor, comfortable managing tight timelines, multiple deliverables, and senior stakeholders . They will partner closely with a Marketing Lead, stepping in to manage execution and communication when needed. Key strengths we’re looking for: Specific media expertise — Must have proven experience executing campaigns in China (across key media platforms: WeChat, Red, Douyin, Qunar, paid search) and/or Southeast Asia (esp. Singapore: search, social, online travel partners). Must be able to provide specific campaign details that use these media platforms. Executional excellence — End-to-end integrated marketing campaign (IMC) delivery experience; ability to manage high-volume creative asset production and dispatch across channels. Must have led marketing campaigns before. Stakeholder management — Confidence engaging senior executives on media plans and results when needed. APAC — Must be flexible to work in different time zones to accommodate multiple markets. Language — Preference for native Chinese speakers for one of these roles. What You’ll Do Manage campaign delivery (all creative and media delivery) for key APAC partnerships (e.g WeChat), working in lockstep with the Marketing Campaign lead. Drive execution across cross-functional teams, BD, and Ops to align on partnership deliverables and launch timings. Support partner marketing strategy and external partner relationships when needed. Provide continuity with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and time zones. Use G-Suite for all communication and to track partner performance, extract insights, and recommend improvements. Prepare clear, succinct XFN updates and contribute to senior-level monthly presentations. Be knowledgeable in data analytics and be able to understand and speak to Measurement Plans (not just paid media performance). Basic Qualifications 6 years in marketing with extensive brand campaigns and IMC delivery experience. Strong project management skills with a proven record of owning end-to-end campaign execution. Must have Chinese and/or Southeast Asia media channel experience. High attention to detail, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple launches simultaneously. Must have flexibility to work later APAC hours Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present with confidence. Skilled in stakeholder management, influencing across levels and functions. Experience in fast-paced, complex organisations. Strong data and analytical capabilities.
