Acting as the operational heartbeat of the CFS Studio, you ensure creative excellence is delivered with precision, pace, and purpose. You’ll lead the orchestration of studio workflow, championing tools and technology that elevate our creative output and drive efficiency. Your Responsibilities Be the primary contact for all studio requests, delivering exceptional client service and clarity. Lead the end-to-end scheduling and prioritisation of content and design and evet projects, ensuring timelines, creativity, and quality are upheld. Implement and continuously improve operational workflows using Adobe Workfront, ensuring visibility, prioritisation, and accountability across all requests. Champion best practice in project management, always seeking smarter, faster ways of working. Support the Director of Production Operations with resource planning and day-to-day studio management as well as contributing to planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives Your Capability and Experience A motivated individual with a keen interest in creative production and studio operations. Experience in an agency, design studio, or in-house creative environment is welcome. Understanding of the creative process, design digital, video and print process and a keen interest in all things creative Willingness to learn how to manage budgets, schedules, and production documentation. Organized, eager to develop commercial awareness, and interested in finding efficient ways of working. Detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about contributing ideas and solutions.
