You’ll be joining the Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) Digital Program, where we’re building the future of banking through the Westpac One platform, which is our new digital experience for our relationship-managed customers. This platform brings together real-time liquidity and payment solutions, lending and risk tools, onboarding, and data-driven insights in one seamless experience. As a Senior Experience Designer, you’ll help shape both customer and staff journeys, working closely with cross-functional squads to bring ideas to life. You’ll be a key voice in design conversations, helping define problems before solving them, and mentoring others along the way. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, working three days in the office. If you’re an experienced designer ready to take the next step, or a new senior looking to stretch your wings, this is for you. What do I need? We’re looking for someone who’s confident, curious, and ready to make an impact. You’ll thrive here if you: Have 4 years of experience in digital product design, working autonomously on strategic initiatives. Can lead workshops, co-design sessions and communicate design decisions with clarity and purpose. Know your way around Figma, Axure RP and Miro, or a quick learner. Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across multiple stakeholders. Bring emotional intelligence, empathy and a collaborative mindset to everything you do. Why join us?
