Primary Purpose of Job The key focus of this role is the identification and management of clients across the IMG Models roster and to generate revenue for the Models business. You will have a strong focus on managing relationships and servicing the needs of clients while building and executing effective career strategies for your roster of talent. This includes developing both traditional fashion models and talent with digital influence and social reach, identifying opportunities across editorial, commercial, digital and brand partnership spaces. The role involves close collaboration with other IMG Models offices globally, as well as independent agencies, to identify suitable opportunities for talent in the Australian market and abroad. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Identify, establish and maintain strong customer relationships across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and digital brand categories. Manage and strategically grow a dedicated roster of clients across both Mens and Womens divisions, ensuring their professional and commercial development. Proactively identify commercial opportunities across both traditional and digital landscapes – such as brand collaborations, content partnerships in addition to traditional bookings. Maintain accurate client and customer records in ICE and internal databases. Manage talent travel arrangements and logistics where required. Attend events, client meetings and bookings to represent IMG Models as needed. Support the identification and signing of new talent with traditional and digital potential. Collaborate with global IMG offices to ensure alignment with international strategies and opportunities. Stay informed on culture and digital trends influencing the fashion and entertainment industries. Contribute to the overall growth of IMG Models and the WME Fashion network through innovation, collaboration and relationship building. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills: Minimum 5 years experience within a model, talent or entertainment agency or similar Proven ability to market and manage talent across fashion and commercial categories Understanding of social media and influencer ecosystems, with an ability to identify and leverage digital brand partnership opportunities. Strong network of industry relationships across fashion, digital and brand sectors Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and initiative. Highly organized, detail-oriented approach, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Confident understanding of the IMG and WME Fashion business and its global operations.
