Description We are looking for a customer focused administrator who is comfortable with inbound calls. This role is based at our Mulgrave head office and is part of the team who support the Ecommerce and After Sales Service areas. This role includes fielding calls on Ecommerce deliveries and requests for warranty and repairs. This is very much a troubleshooting role. You will need to be able to think on your feet and provide exceptional customer service over the phone and promptly follow up on all issues. About You: Experience in a support role for customer service Be a positive individual with the ability to work independently when required Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office A flexible and meticulous approach to work Be commercially minded Ability to manage multiple tasks Have previous CRM experience is advantageous. but not critical Strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail Having phone service experience will certainly be advantageous. This role will be ideal for someone who has a passion for helping customers. We want all our end users to rave about our products and our service should they ever have to use it.
