About the role This role contributes to the success of the City by providing timely, reliable and informed information to guests of the centre in a friendly and courteous manner. Role accountabilities include: Deal efficiently, accurately, professionally and confidentially with all telephone calls, emails and front counter enquiries to achieve a positive customer service experience. Assist the Centre members and users with a range of services including point of sale, cash handling, memberships, retail, programming and general enquiries. Develop comprehensive knowledge of all functions within the centre and promote quality customer care. Provide accurate point of sale, cash handling and reconciliation. Ensure accurate and confidential record keeping. Maintain a professional retail area including restocking and presentation of merchandise.
