The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned mental health clinician to step into a leadership role with a focus on therapy, stakeholder engagement, and clinical excellence. Key responsibilities include: Deliver individual and group therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness) for youth with complex mental health needs Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and supervision to junior clinicians Drive service delivery in line with program targets and quality standards Engage with local stakeholders to strengthen referral pathways and collaborative care Utilise face-to-face and digital modalities to reach clients across the region Contribute to program development and promote best-practice models of care What We're Looking For We're seeking a dynamic, experienced clinician with a passion for working with youth and leading change.
