You’ll work on an ERP Business Transformation Program, and you’ll be supported to help transform and implement a new ERP with state-of-the-art AI capabilities. What you’ll do You’ll play a key role in the implementation of an ERP, working with the business to get the data right, allowing you to take the lead and transfer and share your knowledge. You’ll develop and maintain the Data Migration Strategy, Scoping and Design Plan, so you’ll be trusted and empowered to set the direction. You’ll assess data sources and define the approach for mapping, cleansing, extraction, formatting, and sequencing of data, collaborate with the business units to understand legacy data structures and ensure readiness for migration, effectively working with the business to ‘get it right’. You’ll work closely with vendor consultants, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts, and take the lead to increase data maturity.
