If you enjoy mapping processes, improving governance, and helping people make sense of complex systems, these projects will be right up your alley. You’ll make sense of complex processes and procedures and you’ll work to simplify and streamline disjointed systems. The goal is to make things simpler, faster and more transparent. If you’re a natural process thinker who enjoys building trust with stakeholders and making operations run smoother, this is where you’ll shine. Whichever project you join, you’ll be working alongside people who value collaboration, curiosity, and clear communication. You’ll need to be thorough, pragmatic, and patient, and able to apply an Agile mindset in an environment that’s still catching up. It’s a place where you can really own your work and see tangible results, but things take time, so we’re looking for someone who’s calm and cool when things get tedious. What you'll need Proven success as a Business Analyst working end to end, ideally in a large complex government environment A natural ability to build trust and rapport to get the best from people A strong understanding of Business Processes, “as-is” and “to-be” and ideally BPMN mapping Patience – things don’t move fast here.
