With decades of experience, they combine strategic insight, innovation, and partnership to create long-term value for tenants, investors, and communities. your role As an Operations Assistant/Assistant Operations Manager, you will support the Operations Manager in maintaining smooth centre operations and ensuring compliance with risk, statutory, and safety standards. Key responsibilities include: Serve as first point of contact for tenants and contractors, managing issues promptly and professionally Assist in financial management, tracking operational and capital expenditure, and supporting budgeting processes Coordinate and oversee contractor activities, inspections, and minor maintenance works Implement policies, procedures, and sustainability initiatives across centres Support compliance with essential services, WHS&E policies, and risk management protocols your advantage Prior experience in retail property operations/facilities management, coordination or administration.
