About the role: Responsible for leading and delivering commercial construction projects from inception to completion, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, financial control, safety management, and client liaison. Reporting to the General Manager, the PM will oversee a portfolio of construct, D&C and fit-out projects, ranging from refurbishments to large-scale developments. This role is client-facing and demands a proactive problem solver who can lead multidisciplinary teams, while maintaining compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements. This role will include all facets of Project Management, including; Project Planning and Scheduling Budget and Financial Management Team Coordination and Leadership Quality Assurance and Safety Management Client Communication and Relationship Management Problem Solving and Risk Management Design and Program Approvals Subcontractor and Supplier Management Defects and Close-Out Management Tender and ECI Participation About you, and your background/experience You will have; A strong background and experience in commercial construction project management (design, construct, and fit-out preferred). A proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget Proficiency in project management and OH&S platforms (such as Cheops, MS Project, Aconex, Procore, Hammertech or equivalent systems) Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure Sound financial and contractual management skills. Thorough knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and regulations. Strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Familiarity with contract forms such as AS4902, AS4000, ABIC, etc. Current White Card and OH&S qualifications The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
