On-Site Maintenance Fitters Tecside are looking for two experienced and reliable Maintenance Fitters to join our client's on-site maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production performance and minimal downtime. You'll work closely with the maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues, complete preventative maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and plant equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in a timely manner Carry out equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and quality standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Work collaboratively with the production team to minimize downtime Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements About You Trade qualification as a Fitter / Maintenance Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent) Proven experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment Strong mechanical aptitude with solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills Familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement How to Apply If you're a motivated and skilled Maintenance Fitter who takes pride in your work and wants to join a team that values quality and reliability, we'd love to hear from you!
