About the Role We are currently seeking an Automotive Electrical Trade Assistant to join our client's team based in Dandenong. This role offers a great opportunity to work alongside qualified Auto Electricians, assisting with the installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems across a variety of vehicles and equipment. Key Responsibilities Assist qualified Auto Electricians with the installation and maintenance of automotive electrical systems Carry out wiring harness assembly, lighting installation, and component testing Support with fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs Perform general mechanical and electrical fit-out tasks on vehicles Operate hand, power, and diagnostic tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment Complete basic administration and record keeping for daily tasks and parts used About You Previous experience as an Automotive Electrical or Electrical Trade Assistant (preferred) Good understanding of vehicle electrical systems and components Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current driver's licence and reliable transport Why Work with FHR At Frontline Human Resources, we live by our values of Safety, Integrity, Diversity, Courage, and Passion.
