About the role This is a secure long-term opportunity reporting directly to the business owner. You will work with autonomy completing bathroom and maintenance plastering jobs in residential homes. Success will be driven by attitude, craftsmanship and reliability. Supportive team environment with scope to grow. Key Responsibilities Bathroom and residential plastering including sheeting, setting and patching Assist with wet area prep for waterproofing and remediation works Deliver clean finishes in occupied homes Maintain accurate job records in line with company process Coordinate with internal and external trades when required Uphold company standards and safe work practices Skills & experience Trade qualified Plasterer or equivalent proven residential experience Strong setting, patching and finishing ability Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly Maintenance or bathroom experience highly regarded Valid Australian Driver's Licence and White Card Reliable work ethic and high attention to detail Culture A stable business with a no-ego team that values quality and accountability.
