This role involves managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining client relationships, managing client contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving operational efficiency. The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting business growth, staff development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks & Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of cleaning teams across all job sites, ensuring that cleaning services are delivered to the highest standards Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure consistent quality of service Coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage of all job sites, managing shifts, absences, and last-minute changes Ensure all equipment and cleaning products are available and properly maintained for each site Prepare and submit quotes for new cleaning jobs, while managing and overseeing client contracts to ensure services meet contractual obligations and maintain strong client relationships Lead, mentor, and support Team Leaders, Supplies Coordinators, and cleaning staff, fostering a positive work environment Encourage training and development opportunities for staff, focusing on improving cleaning techniques, safety practices, and customer service Act as the primary point of contact for all clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess service quality and address any client concerns or requests. Work with clients to develop customised cleaning plans based on their specific needs. Address any client complaints promptly and take corrective action to prevent future issues.
