The Role We're looking for reliable and detail-focused Flower Samplers to join the harvest team in Ballarat, VIC. This role involves supporting field operations by collecting and assessing flower samples to monitor crop maturity and maintain data accuracy. Key Responsibilities As part of the harvest and sampling team, you'll contribute to accurate crop assessment and safe field operations. Key duties include: Collecting, assessing, and processing flower samples in line with established protocols Conducting field work including trial maintenance (weeding, hoeing), trial assessments, and sample collection Recording accurate and reliable data Performing other general duties as assigned to support the harvest team Benefits Pay rate: $31.81 per hour plus applicable penalty rates Duration: 2-3 months seasonal opportunity Hours: Approx. 40 hours per week, with flexibility for long or irregular shifts depending on weather conditions Gain experience in agricultural field research and sampling Supportive and safety-focused work environment Your Skills & Experience You're a motivated and detail-oriented worker who enjoys outdoor, hands-on work.
