The Role We're seeking a motivated and reliable Pellet Mill Operator to join the team in Ballarat, VIC. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining pellet mill machinery, supporting efficient plant operations, and assisting with loading and logistics. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety, precision, and reliability are essential. Key Responsibilities As a key member of the production team, you'll contribute to daily plant operations and equipment upkeep. Duties include: Operate pellet mill equipment safely and efficiently, monitoring performance and adjusting as required. Collect, test, and record process and pellet samples accurately. Perform cleaning and minor maintenance tasks as per shift work lists. Operate loaders for material movement and assist with truck loading and unloading. Complete and record equipment maintenance checks to ensure reliability and safety.
