Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in our continued success and be a driving force in our journey towards a water-resilient world The Opportunity As the HSE Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping health and safety outcomes of our projects right from the start. This is your chance to influence how we design and plan our work, embedding HSE practices, minimising and preventing risk to the project. You’ll work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, designers, and customers, to identify health and safety risks and opportunities and translate them into practical, effective solutions. Your advice and expertise will guide project decisions, ensuring we deliver outcomes that protect the safety and wellbeing of our people, the community and the environment. Main responsibilities include: Building HSE capability with a focus on contemporary thinking, enhancing HSE performance Assist in shaping HSE strategy for high risk water infrastructure projects from concept and design phase, minimising and mitigating safety risks, keeping our people safe Identify and drive safety initiatives, innovations, and technology to lead industry best practice and enhance productivity outcomes Conduct regular risk management reviews and risk workshops with a focus on critical risks and controls Key Selection Criteria: Tertiary qualified in Work Health Safety, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Experience in construction safety management, with an understanding of construction processes, equipment, and hazards Experience working in pre-delivery and project planning, right through to delivery High levels of agility and problem solving to drive WHS improvement Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Our Team At Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
