About the Role We’re on the hunt for a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our Pre-Contracts team in Perth HQ. If you’re already an experienced estimator or someone ready to take the next step up into a senior role this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. You’ll work alongside a supportive and high-performing team, taking tenders from concept through to submission. Think strategy, problem-solving, value engineering, and helping us put our best foot forward on high-value projects. What you’ll be doing: Lead and support bids from start to finish keeping timelines sharp and quality first-rate. Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Identify smart value-engineering options to make bids stand out. Mentor junior estimators and share your knowledge. Develop tender strategies and manage all deliverables through to submission. Keep an eye on project risks and ensure they’re properly accounted for. Support the Pre-Contracts and Commercial Managers in post-tender negotiations. What you’ll bring: A degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering (or similar). Around 3 years’ estimating experience — ideally in EPC or large-scale electrical environments. Confidence working with estimating software (Pronamics Expert or similar). Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specs. Bonus points if you’ve worked on renewables or substation projects. A collaborative, proactive approach - and a good sense of humour doesn’t hurt either.
