The Opportunity We’re looking for 2 casual hybrid Operations Controller / Bus Driver's at our High Wycombe depot. This is a unique dual role combining operational support with hands-on driving duties. Keep services running smoothly by supporting daily operational activities such as compliance monitoring, rostering, reporting, and driver liaison. Work closely with the Manager to help deliver business plans and achieve strategic goals. Coordinate and execute transport services including school runs, route services, charters, and special events. Build strong relationships with Operations Controllers, Drivers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage staff resources by maintaining driver rosters and allocations using business operating systems. Drive buses safely and professionally, achieving high standards in all aspects of your work. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public A current Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence or above A current PTD accreditation and Working with Children Check (or the willingness to obtain them) Experience and knowledge of Perth Metro area Current First Aid Certificate is preferred, or willingness to obtain. Be able to pass a pre‐employment physical examination and medical history check Australian Work Rights Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to navigate integrated software systems (experience with TIMS, Consat and Coach Manager is highly regarded).
