You’ll handle all general repairs and upkeep - from plumbing, electrical, and plant maintenance to painting, plastering, and carpentry. No two days are the same, and you’ll take pride in keeping the building and apartments safe, functional, and well presented. Key Responsibilities Include Oversee general building upkeep to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-presented. Establish schedules, systems, and supplier relationships to minimise downtime and extend asset life. Obtain quotes, manage service contracts, and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. Maintain records, oversee fire safety, sustainability, and WHS requirements, and foster a strong safety culture on site Assist with budgets, report on maintenance performance, and ensure timely communication on repairs, defects, and project progress. About You To succeed in this role, you will need the following: Unrestricted working rights in Australia A trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Plumbing (highly desirable) Detail orientated with experience in a similar role/industry.
