Role Summary Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic local team? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to take ownership of end-to-end AP functions, with a strong focus on reconciliations and accuracy. Key Details Residential in Kalgoorlie Full-time permanent position Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems. Your responsibilities will include: Processing Purchase Orders, Invoices accurately and on time Performing supplier account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Managing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies Assisting with month-end close and reporting tasks Supporting general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of site administration requirements Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations Requirements / Qualifications Experienced in Accounts Payable and account reconciliations (minimum 2 years’ experience preferred) Proficiency in accounting software – Microsoft Based – Business Central. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening Police clearance (within 6 months) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Based locally in Kalgoorlie, WA Why Join HMR?
