We’re seeking an organised and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative support across day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on coordination, communication, and attention to detail. Key Details Residential in Kalgoorlie Full-time permanent position Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities As the Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the HMR Finance and Administration team and the HMR Drilling Team Managers and your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for credit card management, end-of-month site costs, fuel cards, and the setup of iPads and site phones. Create monthly site purchase orders with strong admin support on delivery from Vendor’s to site. Managing travel and accommodation requirements. Supporting People & Culture initiatives such as maintaining HMR’s social media platforms Providing general administrative and reception support as required Requirements / Qualifications A minimum Certificate IV in Administration and Finance Basic understanding of the Mining Industry Excellent organisational, administration and time-management skills Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening Police clearance (within 6 months) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Based locally in Kalgoorlie, WA Desired Knowledge of Business Centre, PowerApps, Microsoft Suite, Marketing programs.
