We are seeking Expressions of Interest from yourtown team members with suitable experience to join our Transition to Work Team in Bundaberg as a Team Leader to commence as soon as possible until 30 June 2026. The Team Leader will lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our team, as well as provide coaching and mentoring to achieve program objectives and drive performance. As the Team Leader, you will work collaboratively to deliver quality services that enhance the lives of our young people by focusing on their strengths and inherent abilities. To be considered for this opportunity, you will have: Established experience in leading a dynamic medium-sized team, showcasing adept guidance & mentorship skills, and the ability to lead staff toward the successful achievement of organisational objectives. Solid understanding of the local labour market as well as the barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged young people and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of program contract, systems, KPIS and the ability to drive outcomes. Well-developed communication, liaison, and networking skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across internal and external stakeholders. You are passionate about what you do.
