Cold Storage Pick Packer - $39.13/hr (Including Casual Loading) Location: Hemmant Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional Sunday) Start Times: 10:00am, 11:00am, or 12:00pm Pay Rate: $39.13 per hour (including casual loading) About the Role We're looking for reliable and hardworking Pick Packers to join our client's team in a chilled warehouse environment (3°C). You'll be responsible for accurately picking and packing chilled products ready for dispatch while maintaining safety and quality standards. Duties Include: Picking and packing chilled goods according to order requirements Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided) Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the cold storage area Working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment What We're Looking For: Previous experience in pick packing, cold storage, or warehouse work (preferred) Ability to work in a cold environment (3°C) for extended periods Excellent attention to detail and reliability Physically fit and able to lift up to 10kg Full working rights in Australia - no Student or Working Holiday visas Why Join Us?
