Position Description Customer Service / Reception – Physio Clinic (Temporary Role) Location: Sunnybank Hills (with occasional work at Spring Hill) Engagement: Temporary | Part-time (approx. 30 hours per week) Duration: Until Christmas, with possible extension into the New Year and potential for permanency if great fit. Hours: Tuesday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) Wednesday: 8:30am – 6:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) (Additional hours may be offered depending on operational needs) Start: Immediate Parking: Free on-site parking at both clinic locations About the Role We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our small, supportive allied health team in a temporary Customer Service / Reception role. Based primarily at our Sunnybank Hills clinic, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming environment for clients and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing bookings, handling payments, and providing professional administrative support to practitioners and the Practice Manager. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and manage client flow in the clinic. Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person enquiries in a professional and caring manner. Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records using Nookal . Process payments and issue receipts. Follow phone scripts for new enquiries to ensure a consistent and professional client experience. Support practitioners with administrative tasks and assist the Practice Manager as needed. Contribute to maintaining a tidy, organised, and welcoming clinic environment. About You You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a positive client experience. You’re proactive, adaptable, and confident using technology in a busy environment. You thrive in a small team and take initiative to support others where needed.
