Lead end-to-end payroll operations across a multi-award workforce 12-month contract | Immediate start | Strong systems and compliance focus Degree-qualified Accounting professional sought for a leadership opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Supervisor to lead the payroll function for a large, complex organisation during a 12-month contract. You will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of fortnightly pay runs. This role will suit a degree-qualified Accounting professional with proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, system administration, and interpreting industrial instruments and legislative frameworks. You’ll be responsible for the accuracy of two alternating fortnightly pay cycles (approximately 70 and 200 employees respectively), and act as a subject-matter expert in payroll governance and process improvement. Key Requirements Degree in Accounting or Business (mandatory) Demonstrated experience in full end-to-end payroll processing Sound knowledge of industrial agreements, taxation, superannuation, workers compensation, and long service leave regulations Experience in payroll systems administration and configuration (Aurion experience highly regarded but not essential) Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to process improvement This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a capable payroll professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can hit the ground running.
