Job Description The Opportunity We are currently looking for a Customer Account Principal to join our Perth Airport-based team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis. The Role The Customer Account Principal is responsible for: Acting as the customer point of contact: as well as the commercial liaison point for internal stakeholders; for contract variations and issues for day-to-day business on rail access; to proactively manage issues, concerns, and disputes effectively, build trust and respect, and anticipate and respond to stakeholder needs Liaising with internal stakeholders and lead the commercial review, negotiation, and finalisation of commercial agreements, including variations, extensions, and correspondence; whilst facilitating adherence to contractual and regulatory compliance and with Arc's obligations, rights, and strategic commercial objectives Responsibility for key metrics including financial analysis, assurance and reporting, and commercial performance reporting, to ensure the achievement of strategic goals About You To excel in this role you will have: Sound analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across an organisation by building and developing relationships based on trust, integrity, and credibility Sound commercial and business acumen Demonstrated financial analysis skills Sound communication and negotiation skills, particularly commercial contract negotiation skills Demonstrated experience in an operational and/or commercial environment with customer interaction A degree in business or commerce preferable Working at Arc Infrastructure Working with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
