The Role The Supply Officer will play a critical role in ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, and services required for mining operations. This role involves coordinating procurement activities, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and supporting operational teams to maintain. Key Duties: Procure materials, equipment, and services in line with operational needs. Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory efficiently. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain. Skills and Experience: Relevant supply chain or procurement, preferably within the mining or engineering sector. Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, PRONTO) is essential. Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic operational environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
