Description A fantastic opportunity exists for a Supply Chain Data Specialist – Retail, to join our team, supporting Civeo’s retail operations across Australia. This is a full-time role based in our corporate offices in Perth. In this pivotal role, you will be the owner of all Retail master data tables, ensuring smooth and efficient product data management to enable sales at all Civeo retail locations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance and supply chain teams, to maintain data accuracy and consistency across our POS and ERP systems. Our salary range is between AUD $90,000 and AUD $100,000. Key Responsibilities: Retail Systems Support: Act as the first point of contact for all retail POS systems and product data. Master Data Management: Manage and maintain all master data within JDE and Simphony POS systems. Financial Collaboration: Work with finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and reconciliation data. Data Integrity: Validate, enter, and maintain product data with high accuracy across systems. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Retail Analyst to develop and maintain retail business processes. Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis of failed retail sales/orders and system issues. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with procurement, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure data consistency from supply to retail. Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce (highly desirable) 2–3 years’ experience in Supply Chain roles Experience in corporate environments with complex structures Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, JDE and Simphony POS Strong ERP system knowledge and experience with high-volume product data Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines Current C Class Driver’s Licence About Us Civeo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, provides workforce accommodation services globally.
