As our Showroom Sales Consultant , you’ll be the friendly face welcoming builders, renovators, and retail clients into our busy Mildura branch. With your product knowledge and consultative approach, you’ll guide customers through bathroom, kitchen, and laundry product selections - helping them bring their projects to life. This is a full-time role based in Mildura, VIC. Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm, plus Saturday mornings (8am–12pm) with an RDO every second week. A typical day will see you: Engage with retail customers, builders, and renovators to provide tailored product advice. Build lasting relationships with builders and their clients, from consultation to order fulfilment. Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage projects through to completion. Maintain a well-presented showroom, ensuring displays are fresh and inspiring. Contribute to branch sales goals and drive growth through proactive customer engagement. Support your teammates - from the counter to the warehouse. When things get busy (we’re all hands-on deck here!) What you’ll need to succeed: We’re looking for someone who combines sales drive with genuine people skills — someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in their results. This includes: Experience in showroom, trade, or consultative sales (plumbing, bathroom, lighting, or similar industry experience highly regarded). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset. Reliability, accountability, and the confidence to work independently. A Driver’s Licence (required) ; Forklift licence is a bonus.
