About the Role: Our regional hospital is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to work in our outpatient musculoskeletal department . This is a rewarding role offering a broad caseload, clinical autonomy, and strong multidisciplinary collaboration. You’ll treat a variety of MSK presentations - from post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic conditions to sports injuries - and contribute to service development in a welcoming, community-focused hospital. Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy to outpatients - Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one and group-based care - Work closely with GPs, orthopaedic specialists, nursing staff, and other allied health professionals - Participate in quality improvement activities and in-service training - Support and mentor junior staff or students (if applicable) About You: - Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy - Current AHPRA registration - Experience or strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (outpatient or private practice) - Evidence of experience in meeting key performance measures - Evidence of having successfully managed others to achieve key performance measures - Evidence of having provided excellent clinical intervention, person centred practice and quality customer service - Competency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ability to learn to use systems within a range of working environments - Current valid state-based Drivers License - Current valid National Police Check About Us: MediRecruit is Australia’s premier boutique recruitment destination for medical practitioners and healthcare candidates.
