Our Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Secondary School Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Secondary and Secondary School leaders, ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the Secondary School and maintaining strong, effective communication across the College. Working closely with students, staff, and families, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing communications, coordinating events and meetings and supporting the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide high level administrative support to the Head of Secondary and leadership team. Manage correspondence, scheduling, and communications for the Secondary School. Draft, distribute and publish communications to staff, students and parents. Support the coordination of key school events, meetings and reporting processes. Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with College procedures. Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes. Provide logistical and operational support for Secondary School activities. About You You are an approachable, professional and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You will bring: Proven administrative experience, ideally in an educational or similar setting. Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. Confidence in using Microsoft Office and databases (e.g. Synergetic, Compass desirable). The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
