Imaging Associates Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga. We are continuing on our growth journey, with new clinics opening in early 2026 and beyond. As a result, we are seeking a Medical Imaging Receptionist to join the team at our Box Hill clinic and surrounding areas. Committed to providing a premium service to both our patients and referrers, this role is integral to the experience our patients have with us, along with the smooth running of our practice. What will you be doing? As the first point of contact, you’ll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you’ll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and providing them with information about their appointment Managing calls and patient bookings Responding to enquiries from patients and referrers Managing patient invoicing and receipting What are we looking for?
