About the Role As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. You’ll make sure clients feel heard, supported, and celebrated - every step of the way. In this role, you will: Drive an exceptional client experience, ensuring clients achieve their goals and outcomes. Coach and empower your Support Worker team to deliver outstanding, rights-based support. Lead with courage, empathy, and clarity - fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Use data, insights, and innovative tools to deliver measurable impact. Resolve challenges with confidence and creativity, always keeping the client at the center. About You You’re a leader who combines head and heart - analytical, organised, and people-focused. You thrive in a dynamic environment and believe in continuous improvement. You’ll bring: Tertiary qualifications in Human Services, Allied Health, Social Work, Nursing, or similar. 3 years’ experience in client experience, service delivery, or people leadership in the human services sector. A strong understanding of the NDIS, person-centred practice, and rights-based service delivery. Exceptional people leadership and problem-solving skills. Why This Role?
